Games Without Frontiers: Victory in Vomit — The Sickening Secret of Mirror's Edge
Comments There are many detractor’s of Mirror’s Edge. It has fallen victim to the hype cycle — folks picking at nits because the title isn’t the second coming of David Belle. But while Mirror’s Edge may stumble in a few places, I think most are missing the big picture. The awe and wonderment at your own abilities that few games manage to muster. As Clive Thompson says, it’s the proprioception. Thompson and Wired editor Chris Baker have come the closest to summing up my own experience.
P.S. That is a great headline.
